At The Lawyer Doula, we are passionate about helping expectant mothers have the best possible birthing experience. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to women and their families throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum. We know that each woman’s pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey is unique and we tailor our services to meet those specific needs. You can count on us to be your advocate, coach and support system throughout your journey.

Placenta Encapsulation

As a Doula, I understand how important it is for mothers to receive reliable and beneficial postpartum care. That's why I offer Placenta Encapsulation, a natural and traditional way to support postpartum recovery. You can choose from:

  • pill encapsulation (traditional/raw method),

  • chocolate

  • tincture.       

Our encapsulation process is safe and highly effective.

All About Postpartum

 We understand that the postpartum period can be overwhelming for both mama and family. That's why we offer a personalized program to support you during that sensitive time.

  • We provide a home visit in the first week,

  • healthy food and snacks to promote healing, and

  • Help with baby item organization (including washing). Our goal is to help you navigate the first week adjustment with peace of mind.

We know that every mother's birth experience is unique to them, we offer multiple packages that will fit your needs.

GOLD DOULA

  •  Three  in person prenatal appointments, I'll work with you to discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, and postpartum planning.

  • Provide breastfeeding support,

  •  Continuous in person support during labor and delivery.

  •  Two postpartum support visits, including one in the first week after birth,

  • On Call 37+ weeks

  • Special postpartum visit will include self care time. (includes herbal bath and massage) 

  • 1000

SILVER DOULA

  • One in person visit discussing birth preferences

  • Two virtual visits to practices and discuss comfort measures and postpartum planning needs

  • Provide breastfeeding support

  • Continuous in person support during active labor and delivery

  • One in person postpartum visit with meal, snack, and tea included.

  • On call- 37 + weeks

BRONZE DOULA

Our Virtual doula services are perfect for parents who need the support of a doula but prefer to do everything online. With our virtual package, you will have access to:

  • three virtual visits, including labor, birth, and immediate postpartum.

  • We also offer check-in appointments once a month

  • weekly appointments starting at 37 weeks, as well as

  • labor support

  • virtual postpartum support.
